Welcome to 1st Clayton-le-Moors Scout Group

If you're looking for adventure, look no further!! All Saints is one of the largest and most active Scout Groups in East Lancashire, creating opportunities for fun and adventure for nearly 100 young people every week!

Whether it's camping, hiking, cooking, cycling, computing, shooting, model-making, swimming, climbing, rafting or anything else you want to do, we do it all.

Our members have the opportunity to travel overseas to International Scout Jamborees, or to find new and interesting attractions nearer home. We have some of the most beautiful countryside in England right on our doorstep and we get out there as much as we possibly can!

Everything that we do goes towards our Award Scheme. Nowadays Scouting is about far more than knots and tents, so our Awards have been updated to reflect this. We can get awards in ICT, First Aid, and Swimming, as well as doing work that helps the Environment, our Community and overseas Charities!

Obviously we still do all the traditional Scouting activities, otherwise we wouldn't be in Scouting! So we still get awards for Pioneering, Camping, Hiking and many other things. Altogether there are over 100 activities recognised by our Award Scheme.

And if you want to make it all the way to the top you will be wanting to achieve the highest award in Scouting, the Queen's Scout Award! As well as being invited to Windsor Castle, you will receive an internationally recognised Award that can do far more for your future career than a string of A*s at GCSE and A-Level.

We have places for Scouters of any age. From age 6 years to 14 years we will accept you in the core Sections as a Beaver, Cub or Scout. From age 14 you can become a Young Leader with us and continue your Scouting activities with Hyndburn Explorer Scout Unit.

We even let slightly older members in - anybody aged 18 to 108 (or older on request!) can join us. You can be a volunteer in our Sections, running activities (and taking part as well). You can lend a hand with the fund-raising, or help us out with our admin work. You can help us out with camps and other activities on a 'one-off' basis if that's what suits you. Either way, we have a place for you!
